“Food-Landscape is an art project that uses food as a mindfulness agent to reconnect people with their senses directly. In the current exhibit, a visual platform was inspired by San Diego's five topographic and climate regions. Beach (Coastal Prairie), Coastal, Inland, Mountain, and Dessert. The exhibit showcases each region's distinct flavors in separate zones or "islands." SCAPE depicts the physical aspects of San Diego’s topographic zones, including the sea and the sky, and
food is the primary vehicle.”

Maggie Shen's exhibition “_scape” will have sculpture, performance art, and some interactive art piece. The idea of the exhibition is to portray how plants and food traveled around the world with people and became local to San Diego. The brand will depict both the edible sculpture and the ceramic sculpture, by presenting the brand with organic shapes and calm colors.
