antix
ANTIX is a sub-brand from Abercrombie & Fitch’s project that seeks to rebuild its brand identity, in-store shopping experience, and online presence with a focus on sustainability, inclusivity, and transparency. The initiative is driven by the goal of appealing to Gen Z consumers who value these qualities, primarily through an overhauled in-store experience featuring accessibility improvements and a more pleasant atmosphere. The brand will also invest in higher-quality clothing materials and ethical sourcing.
ANTIX: Redefining Fashion with Purpose.
Customer Engagement:
The store collects old Abercrombie & Fitch clothes for repair, resale, or to create a new clothing line, aligning with Gen-Z thrifting/donation culture. Customers earn points for these contributions, which can be used to purchase other clothes.
Transparency and Certification:
Obtain relevant sustainability certifications to validate eco-friendly practices. Be transparent about the brand's sustainability efforts, sharing progress and setbacks with customers.
Part of the accountability and transparency stance of ANTIX is to have a display wall for all the materials used in manufacturing and where they are sourced.
Social Media:
Have a relaunch campaign to launch the brand-new design model, its goals, and its value.
Online store:
Creating a database to curate a whole closet based on the buyer’s previous purchases and likes.
Be more transparent with information about the brand goals, values, and sources/suppliers.
The free workshops could be held in a store or in a secondary location. The workshops are meant to encourage community engagement. And connect the brand with the customer in a deeper way.
